Whether you're celebrating a birthday, hosting a bridal shower, planning a corporate happy hour or simply looking for an excuse to gather your favorite people, we're honored to be part of your occasion.
Our space was designed for connection—easygoing, inviting, and just a little bit unexpected. From small party reservations on our patio to larger private events, we offer a variety of ways to make your gathering feel effortless and memorable.

Family Table, Semi-Private for 8 or less people: Looking to celebrate with your crew while still soaking up the Bev vibe? Our semi-private events are $250 for a 2.5-hour block, you are responsible setup and breakdown which is part of the 2.5 hour block. Want to keep the party going? Additional 30-minute extensions are available for just $50 each. Your group will enjoy reserved seating in Bev’s shared spaces, giving you the perfect home base to gather, sip, and celebrate. Semi-Private Table is only for groups of 8 or less and is the large table on our patio.
Perl, Semi-Private: Perl is our beautifully redesigned vintage Airstream, transformed into an intimate private seating space for gatherings, celebrations, and special moments. Tucked into the heart of Bev Proseccheria, Perl offers a cozy, stylish setting with seating for up to 18-20 guests. A $400 minimum spend is required for a 2.5 hour event. You are responsible for setup and breakdown which is included in the 2.5 hour block. Want to keep the good times rolling? Add extra 30-minute extensions for just $75 each. Your group will enjoy a dedicated private space, with access to the bar.
The Whole Cannoli, Private for up to 60 people: Ready to have the place all to yourselves? Our private events start at $800 for a 2.5-hour block on Thursdays and Sundays, and $1000 for a 2.5-hour block on Fridays and Saturdays—you are responsible for setup and breakdown which is included in the 2.5 hour block. Want to keep the good times rolling? Add extra 30-minute extensions for just $75 each. Your group will enjoy the entire space, Perl included. Perfect for celebrating, sipping and making memories.
Private events start at 6:30pm only.
Reserve Bev Proseccheria for a private party, business meeting, wedding, anniversary, birthday or other special event.
All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are not applied to the minimum spend and do not count toward outside food costs. Deposits are nonrefundable regardless of if the event takes place and are not contingent on cancellation.
