Cheers to celebrating at Bev Proseccheria! Thanks so much for your interest in hosting your event at Charlotte’s first and only Proseccheria. We can’t wait to celebrate with you! To get the party planning started, simply fill out the form below. Once you submit this form, our event lead will review your details and reach out within 24–48 hours to start crafting your perfect pour. Then we will confirm your date and time and send over a link to submit the $50 non-refundable deposit and officially lock it in. Let the bubbles begin!
Options:
Perl, Semi-Private for 18-20 people: Perl is our beautifully redesigned vintage Airstream, transformed into an intimate private seating space for gatherings, celebrations, and special moments. Tucked into the heart of Bev Proseccheria, Perl offers a cozy, stylish setting with seating for up to 18-20 guests. A $400 minimum spend is required for a 2.5 hour event. You are responsible for setup and breakdown which is included in the 2.5 hour block. Want to keep the good times rolling? Add extra 30-minute extensions for just $50 each. Your group will enjoy a dedicated private space, perfect for celebrating, sipping, and making memories.
Family Table, Semi-Private for 8 or less people: Looking to celebrate with your crew while still soaking up the Bev vibe? Our semi-private events are $250 for a 2.5-hour block, you are responsible setup and breakdown which is part of the 2.5 hour block. Want to keep the party going? Additional 30-minute extensions are available for just $50 each. Your group will enjoy reserved seating in Bev’s shared spaces, giving you the perfect home base to gather, sip, and celebrate. Semi-Private Table is only for groups of 8 or less and is the large table on our patio.
The Whole Cannoli, Private for up to 60 people: Ready to have the place all to yourselves? Our private events start at $800 for a 2.5-hour block on Thursdays and Sundays, and $1000 for a 2.5-hour block on Fridays and Saturdays—you are responsible for setup and breakdown which is included in the 2.5 hour block. Want to keep the good times rolling? Add extra 30-minute extensions for just $50 each. Your group will enjoy the entire space, Perl included, perfect for celebrating, sipping, and making memories.
