What is a Proseccheria?

In Italy, a proseccheria is a casual, bubbly-forward bar where friends meet for a glass (or two) of Prosecco, a quick spritz, and conversation. We’ve brought the idea to Charlotte—the first in the United States—and housed it in a lovingly restored 1963 vintage Airstream.
